Princess Cruises 2018 - 2019

Planning your cruise The search is over and you’re ready to plan your Princess cruise. We understand that you may still have some queries before you take the next exciting steps. You’ll soon discover that it is an easy, convenient and great value way of exploring the world…and you only need to unpack once. Let us help you make some of those final choices. After all, you deserve a perfect holiday, and we can help with just that. Which destination shall I visit? We cruise to over 360 destinations worldwide with a huge amount of ports of call from which to choose. The reliable weather and close proximity make the Mediterranean and Northern Europe popular destinations whilst the Caribbean is ideal for those seeking glorious winter sun. For those looking for adventures further afield, Princess also cruises to Alaska, the Far East, Australasia, Hawaii, the Caribbean, South America and many more stunning destinations. How long should I cruise for? From three-night cruises, up to a 111-night world cruise, we offer a plethora of different trip durations around the globe. Cruises can be found on pages 40-193. Which cabin should I choose? All staterooms are extremely comfortable with generous amenities and the amazing services of a StateroomSteward. Those who plan on spending more time on deck and ashore, may opt for an inside or oceanview stateroom. A balcony stateroom is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, admiring the views or enjoying cocktails under the stars. Alternatively, family and friends can share a mini-suite or suite – a great value option. Please see pages 34-37 for more details about your stateroom options. What are the dining options onboard? We can guarantee that you will never be hungry on a Princess cruise! Upon booking, you will need to select either Anytime Dining or Fixed Dining. Every evening, choose from a multi-course extravaganza in the Main Dining Room, spectacular dishes in our Speciality restaurants, or our casual eateries. Choose whether you dine as a couple, with your family or with a large group of friends. Please see pages 12-15 for detailed dining options. What’s the dress code onboard? As a general guide, the dress code during the day is casual holiday and beach wear. Most cruises in this brochure include at least two formal nights which is a chance for ladies to dress glamorously and gentlemen to don dinner suits or dark lounge suits. Don’t have a suit? You don’t need to worry – tuxedo and casual suit rental is available prior to your cruise and delivered directly to your stateroom on embarkation day. On other evenings, the dress code in the Main Dining Rooms and eateries is smart-casual; smart dresses or separates for ladies, and casual shirts and trousers for men, just like you would wear to a restaurant at home. If you opt to dine in one of the Speciality restaurants, smart attire is recommended including tailored trousers or smart dresses for ladies, and shirts, trousers and sports jackets for men. Do you offer celebration packages? Romance is well and truly alive on a Princess cruise. We offer wonderful celebration packages if you would like to mark special anniversaries and birthdays. Pop the question on the giant Movies Under the Stars screen with an Engagement Under the Stars proposal package or say ‘I do’ onboard, in a secret location on embarkation day. You can also complete the story with the perfect honeymoon cruise where friends and family can gift a ‘honeymoon wish’ and contribute to onboard expenditure to ensure that newlyweds have the honeymoon of their dreams. There are also unlimited soda packages, and a drinks package which includes wine, beer, cocktails, coffees and sodas. See page 21 for details.
